Is simplicity actually good in marketing?

the truth that nobody tells you

I’m going to ask you a question, and I want you to be 100% honest. Don't even think about lying.

How many times have you sat down to work on something important, aiming for it to be of high quality, focusing on every detail, putting in a lot of effort, and when you’re done, it looks like it was made by a 3-year-old who hasn't even learned to say "mama" yet?

I bet my three kidneys (don't judge me, I'm not human) that you feel the same way about your business when you put in a lot of effort into your marketing and all those hours seem wasted in vain.

No good results, no clients calling you interested, nothing.

Next, I'm not only going to explain why this happens, but I'm also going to give you the solution so that it doesn't happen again.

Your problem lacks 10 letters.

 S-I-M-P-L-I-C-I-T-Y

Remember that just because something is highly detailed and has a lot of work put into it doesn't mean it's better. You know this: it's a bit cliché, but it's true. Simple is better.

Not everything can be overloaded, and that's what's happening with your business. I know you want everything to be well done and to function properly, but you can't make it extremely complicated.

By being simple, you will not only save time but also make it easier for your audience to understand and give you money more easily.

What I want you to do is go to every part of your business. Check your social media, go to your website, and find every detail that can be simplified or improved for better understanding.

If you have made any ads or are planning to make one, review it, read it out loud, check your creatives, and ask yourself, 'Would a 12-year-old understand this? Would the instructions be easy enough for a 12 year old to follow?' If not, then it needs to be simplified.

And again, simplifying doesn't mean making it ugly or lazy. It means doing it well, but also making it easy to understand and follow the instructions.

It's a lot of information and a lot to do. You probably don't have time (we all know you have a lot of time, but you spend it all watching that TV show you're hooked on).

But it doesn't matter. Keep watching the show, but set aside 30 minutes to contact us at arlylago@realsyncmarketing.com, and let's make your marketing simpler and easier for customers to give you their money.
